Balcony Tent/ Cabinet possible???

Im planning on setting up a Tent or Cabinet setup on my balcony. Really dont want oder in my apartment and to keep visual away from guests. I live fairly high in my apartment cant be viewed from ground level. Im wondering is it possible to have an outside Tent or Metal Cabinet setup on my balcony because i live in Ohio and we have terrible winter weather. I was thinking about sectioning half of my balcony off with black screen and have the Tent/ Cabinet within. Would a 600watt setup be fine for winter setup for a 72x63"x16" enclosure or should i stick with 400watts. Also this will be a hydro setup. Any input will help thanks.

Your post just makes me glad I live out in the woods and not in the city, so I dont have to risk growing at an apartment complex on a balcony. Good Luck buddy!

This one will be interesting. I guess your biggest concern will be temps, however with lights and all, who knows what the temp in the cab will be...at night tho, you'll need heat, but you should get some killer colors.

You have a lot going against you, but if you pull it off it will be one to tell the grand kids about.

Yea im starting to make a list of stuff now and buy everything piece by piece. setup wont be soon tho probly end of fall when it starts to get cold but ill keep you guys updated. any other info guys please help me out
