bagseed vs seedbanks

So yeah, um alot of people say they're good growers and stuff but alot of

them buy seeds from seed banks and know they're gunna get some good

dank if they put little effort into tryin to grow that seed. Then once it

harvests they think they're the best..But wut about the guy who gets a

regs seed puts alot of effort into growing the regs seed and 6 months

later ends up with some purple kush looking budz and is as potent as some

durban poison..So yeah who do u think has more of a "Green Thumb" so to

speak:?:


Idk it just seems like the bagseed grower gets no credit really.:sad:

ive been growing bag seed for 8 yrs and it can rock and it can suck but when you find that good plant its like growingpure love and needs to be mothered, i don't think its a matter of haveing more of a green thumb its just with seed bank seed you know what your gonna get with bag seed you jus gotta grow em till you find the right one

I want my first grow (getting lights and nutes now) to be some what rewarding, i am going to grow because i'm tired of getting fucked twice, 1 time paying for it and 1 time smoking shwag. I'm going to a seedbank. But if anything i would think you would have to be a little green in the thumb to pick a seed out of a bag of mexi-bull shit and come out with something that gives you a bonner when you smoke it.

Check it dude. Its not about the seeds that you grow, its how you grow it, plain n simple. If you suck at growing and have some white widow seeds in your dirt, your still gonna end up with shit weed. No matter what seeds you use, you can end up with either good, danky ass weed, or bullshit commercial, cuz you suck at growing. Its allllllll about the grower man. The good seeds do give you an advantage maybe, but seriously as a grower you have to love the shit out of your plants no matter what strain it is if you want some quality conisseur weed.

So yes, seedbank seeds are most of the time gonna be better than bagseed, but if you dont know what your doin, you can fuck a dank seed up just as easily, and end up with some bullshit, n become the local dirt merchant of your stoner community...



Now, bagseed, is the same deal. If your smokin schwag, and you save the seeds, there is potential for those seeds, because that weed could have originally been some really good shit, but because the guerilla grower that grew the 1000 plants to make the commercial scale batch that your chronic originated from didnt take care of shit shit (ie, sorting males out of the batch, feeding the plants nutrients individually, ect), it turned out to be bullshit weed. All it takes is a little love, and you can turn your schwag seed into some shit that looks danky in itself. So really the bagseed grower gets as much credit as the dank seed grower, but the dankseeds get more attention because theyre all growing strains that people wanna pay attention to, because of a name brand. I knwo that kinda sucks, but everyone wants to smoke blueberry or white widow, or purps, or cheese, u know what i mean?? your bagseed can turn out to be some super duper shit, just like some dank could, but its all about how you grow it. I hope that makes sense...

Very very true. It is all in how you grow the plant. My first harvest came from seeds from some of the shittiest weed ive ever seen, but the end product was fucking awesome. gave me a strong cerebral/head high for hours. if this is your first grow your gonna fuck up somewhere and make mistakes. everybody does and i sure as hell made a lot of them. why waste like $50 on seeds that you might not even get to harvest. for the first grow, save your money on the seedbank and grow bagseed until you have your technique down and get experience under your belt.

seeds help out, but if u know what ur doin, and use the rite nutes and lights, and have a good environment for ur kids to grow then you are set, if u suck at growing anything than no matter what u do, or how many seeds u go thru u will only end up with average bud

hell yeah, my one plant that got some nice big buds on it right now looks like shit. all the leaves are dry as hell, curling down like a claw, and some of the leaves are even dying. But my other plant is thriving n lookin like a pimp, lol. Anyways the point is, this is my 1st grow here, but i started my 2nd grow today too. I know what im doing a little better than the 1st time around, plus i spent damn near a G on fuckin equipment, lol. I got some good controlled conditions this time around, so i spent the cash on some dankness, n im growing 3 Twilight purps, 3 Blue Cheese, 2 White Berry, n 2 Northern Soul plants. Ive been stockpiling dank seeds for a rainy day, and i have another 6 or 7 strains, but these are the ones i wanna grow now, lol. My point is, now that i know what im doin, im goin all out. And thats what everyone should do. Grow with bagseed until your comfortable wth what your doin, n then bust out the dankness. I would have to say that if i would have bought these seeds and tried a 1st grow with them, i woulda been pissed off with the outcome.

bah, im not really makin a point now, im just stoked cuz i set up my tent n cooltube n 600 w setup n all kindsa niceness, n i feel like a fuckin redheaded catholic schoolgirl, all giddy n shit ;) if i had a pussy, itd be wet right now :o
