I never actually knew people did str8 24 hours? Is this a good thing to do? whats the benefits? I bought some CFL's to add to the HPS so I might just vegg another day or 2 hahaha..so greedy I am!
 
that lst stuff is a small waste of time to me.......I just pinch them at the nodes all the ends of branches and the top and you will have a much more stronger plant to hold more bud.this also allows more nutrients to get to the top as well as the branches having a bigger stem to hold more bud,.........you did want more bud right?

I pinch those babies so much its not even funny...I even have my GF do it just so she can smell the fruity skunky smell on her fingers after doing so =]

Been pinching since day 8...


This is done on top of the LST factor...BUSH BUSH BUSH....Day 28 strikes today

yup thats what it does and i think im going to do what here coming up this weekend probably i don't want my babies to run outta space..soundin good though trial and error...till next time peace
 
A few updates...got a CFL shining on the underside of one of the plants now.

And just a few other randoms

And the last pic..the Fan leaves are going into this downward spiral still..I cant really figure out whats going on..the PH of the runoff water is around 6.0 so it shouldn't be locking much of anything out..any ideas??

Yeah I flushed the pot the other day with 3 gallons of water...seems to continue tho..I put some bone meal on the surface of the soil n mixed it in then watered it hoping maybe it'll bring the PH up a tiny bit...I'm not even sure if thats going to do anything though if its not mixed throughout..:roll:
 
my first hydro run was a disaster and my plants looked like that... they were hella salted up, and my pH kept going crazy... i heard that flushing with a quarter strength nute solution may actually remove more residue than just water...
 
Wire that sucker up hell doesnt cost very much to run and you already have it so why not! The more the merrier. Think of how mary grows and adapts to its enviroment...Now think of how the most potent buds grow near the equator where the highest amout of radation and light intensity hits..

I know have a small space but do as much as you can.

Here it is the next day after it righted itself up again to the lighting...

Im sad, I lost both of my last 2 biggest fan leaves :cry:

Having a magnesium deficiency I believe, i gotta grab some Epsom Salts.

Give us an update on how Epsom salt work to clean that yellow up! I've never used it on MJ but i tried it on bamboo and within a day it went from yellow to healthy green

I hope u solve ur nute problem dude.I got my fingers crossed for ya.I hate when problems just keep continuing and getting worse instead of better.Its really not motivating,and it becomes the only thing u think about all day.So i hope u get it under control

Yeah I stink man I still haven't got to the store...a buddy convinced me to go to the beach at 9:30am on only 2 hours sleep on a pint of Jack Daniels from last nite.. and I've been too exhausted / slightly sunburned to even go get the stuff for my plants..=[ call DSS and report me for neglect :neutral:

The 2 yellow fan leaves came right off when i moved the stems...totally dead and yellow yet soft and not crispy..hmmm..bleh

Temps today have been in the 90's and about 90 in the grow spot too which isn't good!

Im going to be getting an air conditioner too, I cant stand the heat let alone the plants!
