Bad times

think ill go with your 18/6 suggestion 12 hours is a bit long but rooms temp never goes under 21 degrees Celsius i think it was the coco being to wet didnt help and not high enough temp for good growth, trying to get air in without temp dropping more and them being young plants.. Id rather stick with the nine plants, if your in uk thats the limit for lesser prosecution just a fine or something as its classed personal
I grow for myself and some friends and 4 plants provides PLENTY of bud. I can legally have 12 plants here, and I've grown as many as 6 at once, but I dropped back down to 4 because I had way more weed than I knew what to do with. I have close to a pound on hand here at any given time.

Ill see how this grow pans out, i want to get one strait in after, thinking about going hydro if i dont have any luck with this, just want something consistent and efficent, that alot of weed would last me the year easily.

Im hoping ill get 4-5 ounces off this, but will consider 4 plants in giant pots next time round.

You can get 4-5 ounces off a single indoor plant under the right conditions. I pulled 6 ounces off the 4 plants in my first grow that was under 300W COB LED. More plants doesn't equal more yield. Yield is dependent on the amount of light you provide and the dimensions of the canopy.

Im like a trial and error kinds guy but with this stuff i dont think thats any way forward.
Always miss something.

Yeah your right havent used the pk13/14 yet just there if i need it, water is hard water, i am going to start dosing them with feed and water with good run off at that ph, just seems to go down hill.
You will need it during flower for about 3 weeks towards the end of your grow. I only do soil and organics now but had amazing results with canna. Also used sumo boost I think it was. Biggest colas I've ever done

He doesnt come in the room so shouldnt be a problem but will bare in mind, i dont really use a intake just the extractor.
He obviously does or did you put him there for the picture lol good luck buddy take the advice your getting and should be good

I would keep that cat well out the way mate Hairs and a lot worse other things like mites can be brought in on pets. Give that cat a smoke and tell it chill the fuck out ya grow

Light changed hopefully solve all my problems, its just the cost so i need to make it work, they dont look so bad under a proper light.
I can tell right now at that stage your spectrum is off. If you want to keep them short and healthiest in the veg stage youll want more of the blue. Daylight 6500k cfls work great. I either start mine with these nice and near, no less than 23w, 2 of them for a plant 2 weeks, lifting them as plant grows, or I use a blue and white LED light which keeps them even shorter. These are starting to flower and have a pretty even combo of tubes, cfls and LEDs. Somewhere around 1000 true watts for 4 plants. I would not go less. The plants need room, if you go less than 40 square feet for 4 plants they will be stressed, unless you are the type that only cares for 1 oz per plant

A lot of people think you need to train or aka stress your plants in order to keep them short. I never top the plants because its unnecessary. If you stop the veg no later than 1 month and have sufficient light with are more bluish spectrum you can even get sativa dominant strains to manageable heights indoors

Mine goes as low as 16. During veg and early flower I'm not too concerned. In the day it goes as high as 28 but 26 is the average.

Haha I just meant you already had your light ready to hang when I was telling you to buy one.

Stick with the coco man, its well worth it.
Yeah was sat on top the tent took a minute to swap over, just gave then a good soak

they are at about 24 now, 16 is probably to low tho can’t imagine mine surviving that, I’ve just switched them to a 600 watt hps, extractor fan on, and gave them a feed with good run off but forgot to check ph of the run off, was ok last time so should be fine.
Yours look really healthy I’m jealous lol I’ll get the hang of it soon hopefully, just think they look terrible and no good, close to ripping them up would be a waste though.

Look at it this way, look at nature. When transplanting outdoors in even southern parts of Canada can reach as low as 9 degrees mid June. I have started a transplant in this temp and it finished in early October with 3 ounces of beautiful weed. It would have produced much more, but this is what it produced under the sun conditions I get here and a few times torrential rain and 90kmh winds which certainly slowed it down

Obviously, you would not want 9 degrees all the time but a rule of thumb is on average no less than 15 degrees and preferably 18+ because of magnesium uptake
