that plant looks nutrient deficient too me boss man. i dont grow in living soil but maybe you have nutrient lockout happening in the soil or your soil just doesn't have any nutrients in it for the plant too consume 
good luck man if i was you i would buy a base fertilizer like a micro grow bloom 3 part base and feed her like 200ppm worth of nutes.

When I have a plant that young and it gives bad problems I junk it out and start over. You can put a lot of time and effort out to save the plant, and maybe it will be OK, but more than likely you'll end up disappointed.

Looks possibly overwatered to me, I doubt a plant that's just starting its second set of leaves needs to be watered every 4 days... It's really easy to drown seedlings in soil, you need to wait until the pot is light every time until they pick up some steam (keep a same size container of dry soil from the bag nearby for reference). You could also use a dedicated "seed starting" mix, or cut your soil by about 50% with perlite.

Looks like coco? The plant looks like the pH is way too high, too cold, under watered, under fed, under lit.
Coco needs to be kept moist. Also it needs some nutrients each watering. Your plant looks to have dried and looks cold.
I would feed the plant and keep that coco moist or start over. It will rebound but will take some time.
Soil might be a better place to start as it is MUCH more forgiving than coco.

I have to disagree.
Yeah, I disagree, too. I think his general point is that in any form of hydro changes can happen quickly, whereas in soil they change slowly. I think that's a positive, though, as if a plant is sick you can quickly fix it rather than wait for a top dress to break down or have to brew teas.
However, all that is moot because he's in soil. Gaia Green Living Soil contains: peat moss, perlite, coconut coir, fir bark, composted porcine litter, African night crawler worm castings, glacial rock dust, dolomite lime, feather meal, alfalfa meal, bone meal, rock phosphate, blood meal, fishbone meal, mineralized phosphate, insect frass, mined potassium sulphate, basalt rock dust, humic acid, gypsum, kelp meal, oyster shell flour, greensand.
That said, I think most people amend right off the bat, as the potting mix can only sustain a plant for a couple of weeks. I don't do organic, so I'm guessing here that the remedy is to top dress with more living soil (maybe with some additional worm castings) until transplant, in which case more soil with castings and 4-4-4 would be added.
OP, did you water until runoff? If you did, you'll push out the nutrients from the soil and it will need to be reamended sooner. Watering until runoff is for when using bottled nutrients to push out the salts.
If you don't get any responses from organic guys, then watch Canucks Grow stuff for living soil. He goes into what he uses at about 5:30 in this video, which is Gaia Green Living Soil with 20% worm castings right from germination:

Some folks grow in coco better than soil and vice versa. Guess it all depends on what you are familiar with.

So yes it’s growing in gaia green lining soil! I didn’t water until runoff, the soil temp stays around 68°F and it’s sitting 20inches from a 600w led. Last time I watered was 3days ago, about 1 1/2 shot glass of water. Thanks a lot everyone, I’ll top dress it and see if it picks up, if not I’ll trash the plant. Honestly didn’t want to grow canuck’s seeds, growing it for a friend.

Transplanting would help the plant immensely.

No way that thing is out of nutrients at this point. It's either something in the environment (temps or light) or your watering practices...

How deep is that pot you are using?
I am curious what your soil looks like below the surface. I'd like you to take a pic of the top of the soil again without disturbing it, then take something like a fork as I used and scratch a half inch of soil like I did in the pics below. I'd like to see if it is evenly moist like mine or if it is dry.
Here is what I did to show what I mean. I only scratched the soil on the edge of the pot and spread it out. This might tell us if you are under watering.

I'm guessing that it's a "600w" light that's probably more like 150 actual watts. Based on blurple pics OP has recently posted on other threads.

Exactly, that’s why I’ve placed them at this height. That’s my setup, with a small clip fan running on low in the corner and a humidifier. (Hygrometer placed there for the picture, I keep it suspended at canopy height)
