How do you know he got them free from Attitude?

yeah prop 215 sales are sketch as it is over the net, even though I've bought clones from some random on CL before. My beef is that prop 215 related sales are supposed to be not for profit, only a donation. This guy selling free seeds kills the spirit of the law.
