Susana Martinez wins governor for New Mexico running on the repeal the MMJ law platform

A republican controlled house...we went back 30 years of progress for our cause in one night...

not what the people wanted.. what the established wanted, what the greedy growers in cali wanted.. wouldnt even be suprised if it wasnt a fixed vote, sure the hell wouldnt be the first time. This country is a joke in general cant believe I wasted so much of my life fighting for it. I think a move is in order...

Terrible news, but messing with sick people tends to get the government sued.

I'm betting appeals will be filed in the next few minutes.

The courts were designed to protect the rights of the minority, when the majority attempts to persecute them.

Now, let's see if that happens.

If not, you might as well live in Texas.

Or hopefully her repeal attempt will fall on it's face...which I am sure it will... Bureaucracies don't die easily nor willingly...so hopefully her promise was just empty words to win a seat
