Hey guys just felt like creating a thread for my aussie backyard grow. i ended up buying a plant off my mate after my 3 amnesia haze bag seed turned male. I bought the plant a month ago and am unsure on the strain but the seeds are from west oz and the buds are very nice :) It's 2 plants in one pot so as soon as i bought it i chucked it in a 25L pot with Pure Organic soil and some perlite and have been feeding with Seasol fortnightly and it seems to be loving it, ive done a bit of lst'ing too to try and get it as fat as possible. first pic is from when i bought it and transplanted and the rest are from the other day. i also have 3 autoflowers that i started up over a week ago. Strains are:
1 x Northern Lights auto from Phoenix seeds
1x skunk mass auto from advanced seeds
1x Alpujarrena auto from Pyramid seeds

Will be updating this thread with pics fortnightly and let me know if you have any tips pls as this is my first grow.

Welcome to RIU. Looking good so far. Lots of guys on here from your part of the world. You should check out some of their threads.

i wont be rushing it although it will have to be down by June as i'm going travelling. tied down some more branches yesterday to continue multiplying colas, seems to be working very well so far. the autos seem to be doing a bit better as well as they copped a lot of rain the last few weeks and i think its slowed their growth, although i really have no idea, just don't see how these are going to be finished in another 50 days...

I dunno how theyll turn out I tried to start a plant about a month back and it grew a month and was still super tiny . It's getting cold now and sunlight is weak. I got an led to start them indoor and put outside . ATM doing dinafem blue cheese auto . The second pic is a plant that was at the same stage where yours was about 7 weeks ago , so should be done in time .

Dude those won't be done in 50 days. Not by a long shot.
How long are you planning on travelling?

nah i know they wont be done in 50 days, just said that as they're advertised to grow in 65-75 days. happy to wait for them to be done but doubt ill be there when they finish as i plan to travel for a few months

Came back from the doof to one of my plants nearly split in half. tried to put it back together with some glue and string but unsure as to wether a plant can cop this and survive? 2nd pic is the other plant doing very nicely and definitely starting to fill out.

Well your plants that are pretty well into flowering should give you some nice smoke by then though. Should put on a decent swell by then too. I'm betting it'll be a nice uplifting heady high with a case of the giggles. Good for social situations and not getting bombed out.
Is there anyone you can trust to water the autos and chop em when they're done?

Yeah man it's some really nice strain from west oz, smokes real nice. in the last 5 days they have swelled quite a lot so i'm excited to see what the next month brings :))

Buds filling out nicely, loving all the hot weather. I have a few spiders being little shits and spinning webs in lots of the buds (shown in the 3rd pic). How can i stop them from doing this as its ruining some of the buds as it covers them and the webs catch all kinds of crap in it. thanks
