I keep seeing these little neon orange looking flies/gnats landing on my plants havnt seen any damage but been seeing them more often..I know it's hard to yell without pics but they have bright orange backs
Neem was sprayed 2 nights ago

Do you put DE on the leaves? I put some on some affected leaves and it's still just sitting on there 2 days later should I just leave it or mist it off
Just wondering If it slows growth being on the leaves

It goes on the soil
Not the plant

I personally used to spread it on the floors of my grow room
It scrapes the bugs which causes them to die
