Baby looking sick

First, Im new to the site and this is first post. Ive been reading on here for months but just joined, I couldnt resist being a member of all this info.:leaf:

Its maybe 2-3 weeks old, started off in some MG but transplanted 3 days ago in some organic non-fert soil with 60%-40% pearlite and some blood/bone meal. Looks like the leaves are resting on the ones below and tips are curling down.

Its got 2-42 watt CFLs with 12" clamp reflector on a 18 on, 6 off light schedule.

Im keeping the light 3-4" away from plant and area doesnt ever get over 75 degrees and I have a fan circulating air.

Ph of the soil is 6.8 and have been watering with distilled tap water.

Is it just stressed from the move and getting used to the new home?

Heres a pic with the cheapest digi cam ever:wall: Its was free in some raffle:-P

Judging by the pic, all I could see is that your plant is overwatered. This is causing the lowered tips.

Water only when top 2 inches of soil are dry.
