Baby in the I.C.U.

ok so yesterday my boy shows me his seedlings and one of them looked like shes seen better days. and he asks me if i can do anything with her. i tell him i could try and he plucks the baby right out the dirt and hands it to me. so now im running home in a thunderstorm with an umbrella in one hand and the seedling in the other. i go out into the woods and find the patch where alot of worms hang out at, and i dig up some dirt. then i cut a 2 liter soda bottle in half, washed it, and i taped it with eletrical tape so block the roots from the sun.(the pot he had it in was transparent so im thinking thats why this plant was in such bad shape). betime i got the seedling in the pot it was in such bad shape, it was so limp, and it looked like it was loosing its color, honestly i thought i was gunna die by the morning. i dug a tiny hole in the soil, placed it in and proped it up with dirt. and turned off all the lights to let it rest.

the next morning, i notice it was still raining, and it was way too weak to put it outside anyway, so i found some cfls in my closet and some desk lamps and i rigged them up. then i took a fan i had and placed it in the corner pointing at the plant, and i put it on low setting.

6 hours later it looks alot less limp and its getting some of its green back, and i think it might make it. time will tell and ill kepp u posted, and im gunna try and get some pics as soon as i can barrow someones camera lol.

That's cool man looking forward to the pics. How old is your friend? He must be about 6 if he just ripped that thing outta the pot and handed it to you lol. Good luck man

lmao he is 20 i think. and its his first grow and dosent know much about growing. so he has the noob pass lol. but thanks for the luck, im gunna need it.......

update: Faith is hangin in there. she is still very weak and the weather has been just horrible to put her outside. my boy gave me the other plants to take care of but they are growing ok. a little stretchy, but ok. im gunna try and get some pics when i go visit my father i'll ask to barrow his cam. but damn, idk about Faith, i hope she makes it....................

update: i regret to inform you that faith passed away earlier this morning due to negligence. sorry to thoese who was pulling for her, but there was nothing else i could do. the other 2 plants my friend sent me are doing ok, they are beginning to sprout there second pair of leaves..................i had such hopes for faith................

im waiting for my boy to come over so he can see her befor we burry her...............

you mean SHE!!!!!!! dont jinx it Custumz lol. but yea biggie is doin really well. the second leaves are commin up so nicely. and no name is doin her thing. anyone know of a good name for the 3rd plant?

ok so heres and update
the 2 plants are doing pretty good. im gunna try really hard to get some pics so you can see whats going on with them. so be on the look out for some pics

there not mine, im the foster pops. its been raining so hard so my boy couldnt keep them outside and he dosent have the equipment to keep in indoors so he told me to hold on to them and i've had them for almost a week now. but i've grown but this year is the first year im putting pics up

p.s. were waiting for the rain to let up so we can put them outside so there'd be no point to transplant them that would just cause extra shock on the babies

...cut your losses and start your OWN.

Could be too late by then bro, should defo get each plant its own pot... You wont shock em if ur careful. If you leave it the roots will tangle and they will both die

yea i feel you. but yea its saposed to be outside by now but its been raining like every day for i'd say a month now so its kinda killing us. i got some seeds im even scared to germ cuz i dont have a place to put them after they pop. im thinking about making a grow box and keeping these in there untill it stops raining. and maybe i'll transplant them if thats the case. but if it stops raining ill just put em in the ground.
