I was going to put 2.5 ml into 15 ounzes of water and spray my plants with a good drenching.. I am only trying to prevent bugs because I always get them at the end of flowering and I want to prevent them altogether this time. I was thinking of doing this now and then 1 month into flowering .. Hows that sound?

I personally don't like to spray chemicals in flower. There's to many places on the buds for the residue to build up from the chemicals. you can't wash your buds like you can a orange or a apple.
A good deluge of water every day just before the lights come on will keep the mites under control in the flower.

I would try to find the issue with why the bugs are there and that should fix the issue. If they only show up during late flower, then there is a reason.
