It's in the bag! Easy math would say that 4421 votes with only 10,000 provisional ballots left...The No side would need at least 73% of the remaining vote to win. That is not going to happen since the provisional votes counted so far have been 61% in favor of 203. It will be official by Monday but I bet we win by 5000+ votes and that would mean no recount. Game Set Match!

Not going to happen. For one....AZ passed an initiative in 1998 that makes it so the State Legislature cannot overturn future voter initiatives. Next...the previous initiatives were repealed because of the language which had "prescribe" instead of "recommend". Lastly...the Obama Administration's stance on medical marijuana officially changed in the spring of last year as far as not going after dispensary operators and their patients just as long as they abide by the MMJ laws of that state.
It's too bad he doesn't keep his word, The feds are still busting out in cali, Even when they are abiding by the state rules.
