I don't think thats realistic for a new grower. I'm in my 2nd year growing and although its only 400watts veg and flower, I cant get anywhere close to those numbers. Theres too many vaariables for a new grower from start to finish. I realize you did add " If you do it right".
For me, every inch of stretch on my stalks with nothing on them is my inexperience showing.
IMO, I would suggest trying to keep your plants healthy throughout the grow and see if you can get a nice finished product at the end. Your size of yield will increase as you get more experience.
Good luck with your grow, try to avoid the common rookie mistakes like overwatering and worse over-fertilizing and remember sometimes the best thing you can do for your plants is leave them the hell alone. Often when things go haywire, we actually cause it ourselves !
