Automatic Mary from Green Label - stressed seedling, now what?

Have a seedling about one week old, strain Automatic Mary in soil in a SOLO cup. The first set of true leaves stopped growing. The leaves have the ":Claw" look. It may have been overwatered since there weren't enough holes in the bottom of the cup. I put more holes in bottom, didn't water for almost four to five days. It is a dark green, looks healthy, just stopped growing. There is internodal growth starting. I am wondering if the damn things tap root hit the bottom of the cup and the little bitch started flowering already??

My other plant is doing just fine under the same lights, CFL's, and is on it's third set of true leaves, although it was started a few weeks earlier. It is a bagseed which I have grown before, vigorous growing strain, whatever it is, buds have pink and purple hair, good smoke.

My question is, do I let it go or repot in to a bigger pot? My plan was to repot it into a 5 gallon and put her under lights. BTW, it is a feminised autoflower strain, Automatic Mary. Anyone here have problems with this strain?

It's only 7 days old. Give ita few days. You should have flushed when you added more holes to drain build up
