hey man, I just use my super macro camera to get some ultra close up pictures.... this baby is meant for the chop in 5 days.....but i really dont know whether shell be ready......the pistils on the main cola are still white in dominance......dang!
anyways the drying is just using some weird closet i have, its about 18 degrees in there, totally dark and is out the way....perfect for drying weed
whens your harvest date?

Ok y'all got an update from day 65.....im thinking about the harvest date and it seems the cola is catching up a bit....if all else fails i will just harvest the ready buds and let the cola go for longer

Saturday the 9th is my projected 70 day mark and harvest date going by the breeders info. I checked my trics last night and the two younger plants were about 20% cloudy and the older plant was about 10% amber with cloudy making up the rest. I'm thinking by early to late next week they'll be done.

How long are hanging/curing those buds you cut? I'd like to know how they taste!

hey man welcome to the journal.....welll i let bud no. 1 hang for about 4 days....the stem got snappable so i began to test these buds....rigorously! the smell is very particular, very fruity like grapefruit mixed with guava or something, reaaaaaaaaaally nice, when its ground up in a grinder it hums a delicious heavy narcotic fruitiness....man it tastes so good!

ill wang up some pics....mines going all yellow since i stopped feeding it nutrients a week or 2 back, but all is looking peachy, will be back with photos sometime tomorrow

Those sound DELICIOUS! The stuff I just picked up is not fruity at all..... I just had some Blueberry Northern Lights last week and it was delicious! But I had a very citrus-y type on 4/20 and your bud description reminds me of that. Congratulations man! Sounds like some mean green.

cheers man, no need to worry bout offending me, I pretty much no you wouldnt say anything maliciously.
, yeah some of the hairs were white when i chopped her but am amazed to find many more are turning brown while she has been hung up, no idea what im gonna do next, but i think its getting a bit dodgy journaling it like this due to the government tracking most of the websites visited etc....i dont know whether I'd record another grow :S

hey chedd! nice handful! my auto aks just went into the curing jars and out of 3 plants 2 had 2 zips each dry! the other was around 40 g....i think im gonna try some other autos like some auto bb or poison darwf....i was pretty impressed at the end...are you gonna stick with autos or try some regular stuff next?

well for now i dont think im going to be in the position to grow.... but when i do again I might get a few autos then get 1 regular nevilles haze plant.....it would be awesome
