Autoflower Week One - Minimal Growth

Second attempt at Autoflowers (might be final). Germinated Dinafem White Widow and Barney's Pineapple Express in shot glass. Planted into Happy Frog (with 30% added perlite) after 24 hours. I know it's not common to transplant, but failed first time starting in a larger pot. Both plants are at 7 days since breaking soil, but seem to be growing slow. More info below, but would love to hear anyone's thoughts on if I should attempt to transplant in the coming days or scrap them completely.
  • 125w LED 3500k w/reds (24in up and at 30% light intensity with a dimmer) + two 5000K CFL's (this actually helped them perk up today significantly)
  • Schedule: 20/4
  • Temp: 75-78
  • RH: 58-60%
  • Have only watered twice since planting seed - tap water pHd to 6.5

They look fine, maybe lower the main light a bit

I've up potted auto and never an issues

After they get on like 5 node you can up pot

They are stretching for the light.

Also they do a lot under the soil for the first week. But they do seem to be a little slow. what size containers are they in now?

3 gallon is the most common size probably. That’s what I use. You either don’t have enough light or it’s too far away.

I see you’re like 24”. I would try 16 maybe. Keep adjusting it daily or as needed by your plant to maintain that distance.

I don’t grow with LEDs so I’m no help there.

I would crank it to 100% and try and find the sweet spot. Just my 2 cents
