I think that's what I'll do. I think it'll be a win win situation since whatever non auto I throw in there to veg will be vegging under a 600. I guess I'll germ the autos now and wait about a week to germ the non autos. That way the non autos will be a week or two old when they go under the 600.

Do you have any idea what gold is going for these days? ;-)
then how about a bronze battery operated vagina? when you turn it on it squirts pee green soup. sounds very hot and erotic

EDIT: if this disturbs you, then do not read it and please leave. for the many that are exceptionally aroused by my above comment, i give you permission to use the imagery of said soup disperser and love toy; as per your alone time ;)

note- being under the influence of strawberry cough x ice cream, xanax, & some absinthe makes for a most intriguing night. and rambling....:eyesmoke:

Not much of a competition IMO if you're allowed to choose from more than one plant. I thought we were just supposed to grow one seed and if it survived it could compete at the end.
Im not trying to cheat, the people cheating are the one's who entered this comp without planting a seed instead they used their already growing plant imo.

Admittedly though it was my fault for letting my white widow's die because the rockwall to soil transplant messed up, but its still early in the competition and i don't see anything wrong with me using one of my other auto-strains that i planted at the same time may i add. As far as i can tell their is no Restriction on how many plants you can grow, that would just be silly but you can only have one plant that you submit for being a winner (i can't see anything wrong with the person choosing there best seedlings if they have ordered a 5 pack of seeds like i know alot of people have done).

I will be taking some pic's of my haze soon, she is looking sweet for 3 days old.

Real nice guys...

When people years from now Google search autoflowers and this thread comes up, its nice to know that they will have to sift through all the dildo talk to get any useful information.

Well, hopefully they have a sense of humor. I think you really should have one if you decide to grow MJ...and patience, which I'm still working on.

I have patience, you should learn restraint.

I have a sense of humor as well, but I know when to tell a joke and when not to.

This competition is about learning about autoflowers, testing new techniques and forming a community around those two goals. This competition is not about talking about greed or golden dildos.

The people who tell other people to "lighten up" or "get a sense of humor are the people who should better understand boundaries and respect.

I am just trying to run a simple, fun competition that helps people and brings people together. It seems that nobody really wants to do it. They would rather act like school children with no teacher present.

Very annoying.

I didn't mean you literally when I said that. I meant people in general. Most people that like to grow and consume MJ tend to have a pretty good sense of humor and like to express it.

I don't understand why you would tell me that I need to learn restraint, I haven't said anything negative or out of line in your thread at all. Simply asked if I could enter the contest and then asked for some advice or opinions on something.

I can see you having frustration about the jokes since it's your thread but maybe next time you should point your comments towards the people that they should be pointed towards and not someone that simply laughed at someone elses joke.

I have no hard feelings here and I don't hold grudges so I'll still be reading this thread and watching for the next contest with the hopes of entering. I think friendly competition is an excellent thing and it just adds one more element of fun to growing.

no re-vegging autos, they are based on time, they are not photoperiod reactive.

i think maybe, idk i don't make the rules, if you have the SAME strain you can enter a few and that's only to sex, not to pick the strongest of your crop. if you have femed seeds enter one at the beginning and stick to it through the end.

right then, i don't make the rules, that to me is just common sense, and to be fair, that's the only grey area i see in the rules, but again, common sense.

ok, really bad night, almost broke neck in a a soccer game, then get home to find a light has fallen on vyktoria, and that the tips of three of her leaves are burned. DAMMMMMNIT!!
not really that bad though, jus like an inch off three of em, shel recover, jus not wat i wanted wen i got home. shes a fighter though, nd flowering, seein lots of pistils at the joints now.
i wont update with pics for awhile so that the next time i do, there should be a good difference, nd hopefully some small buds.
ill still keep up to date on how she is.
lata guys

My interpretation of the 3 rules -

Indoor grows only. - does not include starting inside and moving out side, or out moving in. Greenhouse / skylites / all good as long as it's completely indoors.

Runderalis strains only (any strain mix accepted that is an autoflower strain) - Basicly pick any seed you want. If it's good / male / female / weak / super, don't matter. Like a poker game or a crap shoot some luck required or really good seed reading maybe. Pretty simple, any auto (personal breed or whatever) as long as there is Ruderalis in the gene pool.

One plant per person. - Pretty simple. I did't think it meant to only declare 1 different entry at a time as you go along picking the best of a 100 seedlings in the end.

What I hoped to get out of this?
Hoped I'd see what folks do to overcome obsticles in the grow. Didn't expect a simple give it up and do / pick another.
Without a million dollar first prize I hoped rule bending, cheating, lying, and one-upsmanship wouldn't be here.
LEARNING is what I really wanted to get from this. Results from different lighting, different grow methods using nutes / humidity control / etc. AND how to overcome a life threatning situation. (Like my lighting thing).
Hoping this would be a fun, entertaining, informative, mature, & friendly semi-competition. (Not sure if a green pea sprewing electrical virgina was in the mix though. :spew::wink:)

So far - on the most part I'm having fun and glad I entered. But I'll play by my interpretation and stick with the 1 plant, auto, indoor rules. Even if I'm handi-capped by doing so,,, To me, as long as I have a good time and learn something, it's good!

KuLong - Kudos sport! Thanks for doing this.
I especially like how you failed to define how the winner willbe determined. I think that's really kool. :bigjoint:

Now, on with the show.

Damn blacklableboy44 sorry bout your bad luck. I hope vyktoria is going to be okay. Here are some picks of Mable I took today. She is 8 days old from sprout. I'm usually watering about every 3 or 4 days(when the pot gets light). PH is running around 6.3, so I prolly should bring that up a touch, what do y'all think?
