Auto seeds "Polar Express"

They both sprouted Tuesday July 2nd. Using three 75 watt cfls along with two 20 watt cfls. Soil is Scott's hyponex organic soil along with perlite I added for extra drainage. Also gonna be planting a world of seeds afghan kush (photoperiod) here before too long. This is my second grow. My first I did not finish due to moving. Lemme know what you think so far. Any information/help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Thanks man. Have you had pretty good luck with aupto seeds? I also put another cfl in my grow room 23watt 2700k. Just started germing my afghan kush as well. As soon as it sprouts ill update with more pictures! What are you growing Albert?
 
good luck, keep posted. I wanna try their trans siberian, sounds epic. also the jack herer cross they do called hijack, and the g13 haze cross called mig-29. make me drool. i did some auto lemon hazes last time, and doing them again in a couple weeks. unfortunately i bought my seeds ages ago and gonna use them before i buy any more, but cant wait to get the other strains. the smell, high and visual appearance of the buds in the company's description of the ultra lemon haze, is exacctly what i found it to be. was very accurate, so thats why im impressed by them and want to try more :)
 
Thanks for all the info lowblow. Appreciate it. The trans siberian and mig29 do look mice. Glad to know auto seeds was pretty was pretty accurate for you. The lemon haze is sativa dominant. Curious how this indica dominant strain will do. I also jus planted my world of seeds afghan kush. I
will veg her until my autos are done then switch to 12/12.
 
u mean the afghan kush ryder? why are you switching to 12/12 if its autoflower?? im thinking of doing my next grow at 12/12 just to see what the results are like because it will reduce electricity usage, plus i will be able to grow photo strains too. all the best on the grow keep updated with pics!:weed:
 
I'm sorry the afghan kush is a photoperiod strain. I will veg her all the way until the two polar express are done. Then switch her to 12/12 (afghan kush). I will be staying 18/6 for my autos all the way throuvh. Hows the yield on the lemon?
 
i seeeee i seeeee. You might wanna start the veg a bit later, i had some photo strains in veg while the autos were going, and i had to cut them back 3 times. Its ok if your grow space is big enough and you got enough light, otherwise the afghan kush will consume them!! The yeild on lemon was ok but it was such a noob set up. The flowers to leaf ratio was incredible and the crystal production was immense. search for 'ultra lemon haze' in the seed and strain review and look for pics :) the afghan kush sounds nice, im gonna do the autoflower version next grow coz ive got a free bean, so fingers crossed it goes well. ill post my grow on here, gd luck with yours
 
About a week into my grow. My two polar express have started their third set of leaves. I will be posting updated pictures here by tomorrow evening. Thanks

how long does your organic soil say it should feed the plants till? You could prob get away with using a very weak vegging nutes....and just make sure your water has been pH corrected. Did you add dolomite lime to your soil? I mean they look healthy but as you say the left one is turning slightly yellow which means nitrogen defficiency. If your soil has added nutes then maybe its a pH problem of the soil? so dont panic and do sometrhing you will regret but just be cautious. If you do decide to give a vegging feed then make sure its weak, like 1/4 strength at most, and see what happens
 
My PH is right on. it seems as igf the problem has almost corrected itself though. im going to start my veg nutes. like you said 1/4 strength maybe even slightly less than that. maybe 1/8. They already are smelling REALLY good. Tonight I'm picking up an eigth of Neville's Haze. I've never had it but I've heard many good things about it. Thanks again Lowblower. Hey bro I got the same polar express seeds 2 of them and they are on week three now so ill be starting flowering ina couple days what's yu light cycle
 
I wouldn't worry about the yellowing. Put a small pinch of epson salt in the water. But I like your set up and I think your plants look great!! Lighting might be an issue later.. But not at this point!! Keep up the good work!

if there are more hairs growing at the buds daily then they have definately started flowering, they are a good height, i think youll have a decent harvest!
