Auto Seedling not grown since day 1? (Day 6 now)

Hey everyone,

This is my second grow, with one small CFL grow under my belt.

I recently planted 3 auto flowers in my indoor grow tent, the seedlings popped up after 24-48h, but since then they have stayed the exact same size and it's now been 6 days without any change in growth whatsoever.

Setup:
250w MH in cooltube
3x Auto flowers (different strains)
3x 3 gallon smart pots with 70/30 coco/perlite
1x Exhaust fan
1x Circulating fan + intake holes
PHed water to 5.5-6.0, with quarter strength coco nutes

I have placed "domes" over the seedlings to keep humidity up, but don't have access to a thermometer to check temps/humidity as of now.

This is how small they are at day 6:

(Not my photos, but that's the closest I could find. Mine might even be smaller than that.. Definitely less stretch at least)

So, nothing has changed since day 1. Like they're frozen in time. I find it quite strange, when I see time lapses of plants they usually grow at least a bit between day 1-7, or am I wrong? They look healthy in color.

I may have over watered them a bit at first, so I haven't given them any water since then. The only change I've seen on the seedling is that they have angled themselves towards the light, which makes me think at least they're not dead.. yet.

I read somewhere that they might just be growing roots at the moment, especially when started in large pots.. but no change in size at all, in 6 days?.. I find it odd, especially with an autoflower. Hopefully someone more experienced can chime in.

Thanks in advance

I got photos of my actual plants now, and there are definitely issues with them.

Plant 1:

The plant is making a "taco" with its leafs. It's not an heat issue. See how tiny it is compared to the perlite pebbles?

Plant 2:

White spotting on leafs..

Some brownish spot on one leaf, white spots on the other leaf, and some tip burn of some sort.. This one looks worse than plant 1.

Anyone? They're microscopic in size for being a week old.
