Auto seedling issue

Trying my hand at outdoor autos this year along with a few photos and have a couple autos that aren’t doing so well. Cracked these 5 a week ago and two are stunted and deformed. They’re still growing but taking their sweet ass time. I’ve had challenges with photos before but time was obviously not an issue with them so I could baby them along until they snapped out of their funk. Are the two dwarfs in this mix worth keeping around?

Have you grown autos before? Dixie cups are not advisable. General rule is to plant autos in the container they will grow in. Is there plenty of drainage in those cups? Medium looks wet and seedlings overwatered.

Never grown autos but I understand the potential issues with transplanting, etc. Planted in Promix BX with lots of drainage holes. Haven’t watered them since planting....must be just the way the pics look. They’re way slower getting going than my photos.

I'd keep them to see what they do. 2 small cups don't take up much space and second pic seedling has good looking true leaves. not sure about 3rd pic, looks rough

Here they are today....sloooooow. Here’s a pic of a chemdawg photo I cracked 3 weeks before...hope the autos pick up or not gonna be much to smoke.

How did these get on? Did they ever pick up?

They did pick up. I did all I could to screw things up (first run at autos), but they pulled through and although the yield wasn’t huge at an average of 1.5 zips per plant, the bud was good and I consider it a successful harvest. Pic is of the runt of the pack (Sour D).
