Auto not flowering =/ Day 38

Im 38 days in right now. I started 2 autos at the same time.

One Easy Ryder and 1 La Diva.

The Easy Ryder is budding like crazy, but the LA Diva hasnt shown any signs of flowering yet.

Ive been running a 20/4 light cycle since start.

Anyone got any idea what I can do?

I know some people are switching to 12 12 to get some autos to flower ...but unless you have an other flower area your kind of screwed...other than that no ideals ....

=/ Stuck with only the one flowering area. Generally by now, even photos are starting to flower. Guess I am just gunna have to ride it out. At this rate its going to take as long as a photo to finish.
