Auto-flower Red Poison

I have an auto-flower Red Poison that is pretty far along and I was wondering if you can actually leave an autoflower under your lights for longer periods of time not just the normal 12/12 for bloom? Does too much light hurt them or are they actually okay with the xtra light?

And say I have two rooms one for bloom with an HPS light and the other with a T5 fluorescent light. Can I keep the Red Poison under the HPS during the day and then bring it over into the other room at night to get some extra light or will the different types of lights be bad for her?

Finally I know this strain is usually supposed to start turning purple and I believe some of the leaves and buds are starting to. I haven't dealt with any strain that turns purple though before and I'm worried it could start having problems and I won't be able to realize if the leaves are supposed to look as dark as they are or the plant is actually having problems like a deficiency. Any advice or things to look out for maybe?

I'll also include some pics but I'm not sure if you can see any of the purple.

auto flowers are not photo period sensitive. so they do not need 12/12 to start flowering. some people run 24/0 cycle on their autos. as for changing light type, you should be fine imho. haven't raised one of these, so not sure what to tell you to look out for about deficiencies.

As for the purple, not all purple strains will have that trait (different pheno's)
and some times you need cooler temps to bring it out.

the purple strain I have is showing colour in the calyx's and the underside of the leaves first.

slowandsteady - That's what I've heard and I figured because its genetics are already planned out. So I'll keep doing what I started to do and bring the auto over every night and let it get as much light as possible.

Greenwhilley - They are inside so they stay pretty cool. I tried to take a better pic and hopefully you can look and see if its normal or maybe something I need to take care of. Its the leaf almost dead center pointing towards you.
