Well... what is it you are using? I don't think you should skip out on grow nutrients because they do need to veg.

I'm saying is npk with the amount 5-10-15 good for autos or will it be bad for them?

Should be okay, it sounds like a bloom npk ratio but it's recommended to not neglect the veg stage anyways since that greatly affects yield. Say you do 12/12 from seed with only bloom nutrients under 3000k light. I'm 80% positive it will grow. The yield however might not be as great.
