Great update, lowblower... Your "burned" girl doesn't look that bad. I think you take great care of your plants... I still only counted a single leaf that didn't look green, lush and healthy.... Nice job on "air cooling" those hoods. That's pretty ingenious, and it looks like it is working for ya!

Can't help you with the Super thrive question... I dont use it. Personally I think the stuff is overrated fluff.

Yeah the more i read up on it the more ambiguous the answer lol Apparantly it doesn't do much. Maybe its just down to soil bacteria using the vitamines etc. coz the plant can't actually take up or have much use for the ingredients in superthrive. I dunno, its just seems like a bit of a scam now. People were pointing out that there are NO peer reviewed journals of its benefits, and that all the writing on the bottle doesn't actually mean anything. Its just like a a door to door salesman blabbering a load of crap so you buy the product. So im not buying it again i think there are better products to put my money on. I think the best cure for a sick plant is TLC and tried and tested remedies i.e. the plant deficiecy/toxicity guides. I would like to have the tiem and space to do a little clones experiemnt with and without superthrive but i haven't got the time or space lol

Thanks for checking up on the grow too. You can't see all the damage, there was another whole leaf died on the topped plant, plus the very tips on a few leaves on each plant started browing and crisping. I think another half a day and i would have a 1/3 of my leaves with problems so i caught it just before serious damage. Leaves occasionally just drop off onto the soil, i dunno why they just look yellowed, so i throw them in the bin. Not many though, just a one or two from each plant every time i go to water. Nothing serious

Ran out of my baby bio veg feed a week ago, so i picked up something different from my local hydro shop on thursday. Its a 100% organic veg feed from humbolt nutriends its just called 'grow natural'. lol....it stinks like the morning when the famers have fertilized all their fields with animal shit. My room literally smelled like a pigsty! I guess that means its a good organic product hehe Gave them a small feed of it this morning (1/2 strenth) and 2ml each of dutch pro autoflowering nutrients A+B (about 1/4 strenght as they are supposed to be on a non feeding day. Gave them the veg feed for a little supplement till the end of flower i doubt ill need to give them any more veg feed till harvest

I think ive only been in flower for 3-4 weeks, i cant even remember. Ill have to look back at my journal hehe I think ive got about another 5 weeks left but that just seems impossible :/

ok..i just checked, and ive been in flower for 3.5 weeks. lol that just seems like nothing. Hard to imagine them flowering for another 5 weeks

WOW Low, that AKR is really coming along. So frosty, she should finish up with some fury!! I got some photoperiods that are on about 4 weeks into flower and don't look nearly as frosty, must be the strain...I see a lot about that AKR, might have to invest on my next bean order.

thanks del, the AKR is a mutant with 3 blade fan leaves all over it. Its about 8 inches tall and has no side branching lol Literally gonna b like an 1/8th off that one if im lucky. She has been flowering for like 6-7 weeks and shes almost ready. Gonna be taking her out my growroom tonight and putting her on the windowseal to make room in the cupboard for my new shroom kits (see my sig hehe) they dont need light to grow but its warm in there and they will be shaded by the ULH.

The ULH got a while to go yet, they are almost 4 weeks old, no thc cover quite like the AKR has, but the akr has got a few weeks on both our other plants. they are getting there though, and fast! Can't wait for the TS update, the pics i saw were great, frosting up lovely. have you done a pinch test of any THC on the leaves around the buds? I did some this morning on my ULH and wow, the grapefruit/lemon smell is just amazing! Lemme know what the TS trichs smell of

Day 66 (day 26 of flower)

- Frosting up nicely
- Some hairs are starting to turn orange, but the plants have got like another 5 weeks of flowering left, so i guess they gonna start getting dense now. Gonna go up to full strength on the dutch pro autoflower bloom nutes now, thats 12ml of each per gallon. Gonna be adding 1ml of PK13/14 per gallon with that too. And 4ml of grow natural (1/6th strength). Gonna feed this once a week, with just water and mollasses on the watering day.

Dude, your shit is looking SO damn good! Looks awesome man! My current grow is a hot mess, but we are gonna have some treats here very soon, eh guys! HAHAHAH! I'm going to experiment with the last flush being ice water and darkness for 48 hrs. FrostyMcYumYumstein! Stay Crunchy lowblower! Crunch!

Im so pleased with how healthy they are, but i've only got 3 girls to look after, you on the other hand have a whole school lol I think its probably just getting used to your new system, soon the things your worrying abouit will be a thing of the past, its a learning curve for sure

- They seem to have handled the full strength bloom nutes and 1ml/ gal pk13/14 really well. No nute burn!!! Yesssss! (I say full strength but they are made for autoflowers - see 1st page)

theoretically, in about a month...seems like a long time but it could be the kind of strain that is slow to add the finishing touches

Thanks man, just been goin easy on the nutes and i think the garden lime, the soil/perlite/vermiculite and smart pots have helped alot. I had so many issues on my last grow, i can't wait to pull this one in!

They frost up lovely, i can't wait to see how they thicken up over the nxt month. But if i was gonna do any of this strain again, i'd go with the breeders recommendation for 15/9 light ratio for this particular strain. I started on 18/6 for a month before goin 12/12, so not only did i make the veg period longer but ive now had to sacrifice light hours in the flower phase so that they didn't outgrow my room. So yeah, id just go 15/9 from seed and i would see if they auto'd like that. Ill do a smoke report when finished

yeah i did just that, and got another wave of growth out of her, she is on the window seal now coz i had to make floorspace in the cupboard for some shrooms hehe My first time growing shrooms so i got a mycelium box so its piss easy. Check out my sig
