Agreed 8E. I am pretty sure also that the cops need a warrant to get your address from your ISP. They need a court order to get that info from your service provider. There cant possibly be endless amounts of cash to take all these matter to court to try and prosecute small growers. My plants are so small i think i could eat the evidence pretty quick.

Ok so i need some reassurance. I think my plants seem to be showing what i think are preflowers. I have had the plants under lights for 24h per day for while now. I did one day under 18/6 but under advice switched it back to 24h. They grow slowly and are about 10 inches tall. Now this is my first grow so can someone let me know if this is normal under 24h periods. I was under the impression this only occured in 12/12 or similar or with autoflowering strains. Mine is bagseed. Bought a magnifying glass to look closer but i dont have a good enough camera to take good pictures for you lovely people. Any help appreciated.

hey man, hows the smoke? my first grow i vegged for 20/4 and this veg i am using 18/6 and i think my plants have grown faster on a 18/6 routine. ask and alot of ppl will tell you that plants need to sleep too. i believe that they need dark and while it is dark they stretch looking for light. which isnt there but they are still looking. my plant this time are nearly twice as big as the last ones and they have only been vegged under hps for 3 weeks this time and 4.5 weeks last time.
i have put some vids up on my thread the second one is better picture. check them out. TURN YOUR SOUND DOWN. i didnt think my camera had sound so the cooler is still running in the background. very noisy. my next vid will have music in the background. i will find some cool bud porn music for it.

Yes i think i will try the 18/6 next time with my WR seeds as my plants this time are really short but very bushy. You didnt answer though if preflowers occur during 24/0 light cycles during veg????

the 2 clones that i am growing now, when i took the cuttings i ran the lights on 20/4 for the first 2 weeks. they didnt droop or anything. it worked for me the 2 clones are both close to 2.5 feet tall. i use the purple clonex gel when i do clones. same as you laceygirl.No, they need 24 hrs of continuous light..
is it that important to go lights on for 24 to start with?

i dont think they can. but dont quote me on that. i have never done 24hr veg before. laceygirl told me that the white rhino is a fairly short but bushy plant. she should be able to tell you more about the preflowers and the rhino strain.

I think there is alot of confusion within this thread as to what exactly pre-flowers are.
They are an Indicator to the plants sex that occurs during the vegative cycle when the plant has reached maturity.
You will find them typically when ur plant has reached it's 5th or 6th node, and they will appear on the 3rd or 4th Node.
(Maturity in the plant is most obvious by the fact that it will grow alternating nodes).
Preflowering as Knickers said is not done in 12/12 or when ur plants first begin to turn - this is simply the early signs of flowering.
..In other news, i agree with ya there LaceyGirl, 20/4 on Clones with a bit of Purple Gel and she gets legs everytime

Very much appreciate the replies. Ok I have had a big night. I thought I should check my threads. I do feel privileged that knickers and ninja replied to my question regarding preflowers. You two created this thread somewhat, with Jats obviously, and actually I feel good too when lacyG and BB, but lets not forget Dark C..... all such wonderful growers helping me out. Fuck this is taking me some time to type. Please excuse my verbal rubbish. My brain is racing but my fingers are useless, fat digits that they are. Please can I remind you of my liquid fueled night. My stupid friends are sleeping in the spare room and insisting on the light turned off while they sleep. Turned off at about 5.00am. Will turn on again when the dipshits get up. I am pretty sure both my plants that i have grown have both turned out to be males. I took a pic through the mag glass and its pretty shit. My hopefully, future wifes mum gets here on the 28th of feb, so if they are both males then i guess its good news for the plants. These were just trials to see if i could not kill the plants.... and maybe get a stick which I would have savoured. Useless i am. Not even a gram. Been over a month so would love a cheeky one and relax on the couch as the mrs is a Polish woman and anyone thats been out with an Eastern European knows what i mean. Very demanding. My Mrs said I need to grow it myself if I want to smoke again. She kills any plants, not the MJ, that she touches but I believe that this site can educate me enough to get something worthwhile. I am not completely sure about something to do with my grow as I have spent about 4 hours reading about preflowers and the repitition of not destroying plants until you are definite of their sex. I hear they both look like oval balls originally and the pistals could grow out of that? As I said my plants are small but here is a picture I took earlier. You most likely cant distinguise, but they do look very testicle like. I will only try harder to get this to reward me. It does mean that i cant grow my White Rhino seeds for a month until the task masters have left. Kmoo why dont you and darkC resolve your issues. He wasnt trying to grow commercial like me.....lol....Its a shame to have someone with good advice leave this thread.
