lol i dont know about representing but when its legal ill defanetly have a job in the indestry in some capacity
couple of ideas for ya.
People are and have been legally growing cannabis in hemp form for decades. Maybe send out a resume with a cover letter and see if you can find some work. (you will need to have a squeeky clean criminal record as i understand it). Medical farms are starting up backed by big pharma so again...resume out. Even ring a few people and ask whats the best way into the industry.
One of my mates went and got his Hemp growing licence recently ( he said its like a country girl- cheap and easy). He is waiting ( i recon in vain) to legally grow medical if they relax the laws. He is worth a few bob and wont work for anyone else.

placers have to hire someone..best man for the job is usually the one who asked when the job is first available

send out a resume ..and do it every 3 months..beat em over the post with your enthusiasm.

In all seriousness i used to hire people. (legal jobs..) The majority of the people I hired were the ones who chased me for the job.I knew they were keen.

o..best respnse when at an interview and you get asked "Why should we hire you, you have no experience?"

the winning answer is " I see that as a huge advantage, you get to train me in the way you want me to do everything, i have no bad habits".

That answer 10 years ago would see you earning 100k plus a year, plus a company motorcycle selling motorcycles...spending long hrs at work but actually not doing much....
