1. How recent is your order?
If it's within the last day or two it may not show up. I usually never check using that site, but use the USPS once I think it may of hit the shores.
2. Are you in the states?See above. I only use the USPS tracking site.
3. Be patient, it will eventually show up in the system. These things can sit in customs for a while, and if it is on the USPS site you know it's in the statesIf you are not in the US I suppose I typed that out for nothing.

I never track mine and they always show up, 6 orders so far I believe.

There is a sign and no sign option at check out. See your order form for which one you selected
Really? I didn't see that when I ordered. I also don't see it on my order form. For the hell of it I placed another mock order and I still don't see it. Are you sure?

Positive. When selecting shipping there is air mail and no signature mail.
