Dont worry, mine said that until after they delivered them then it updated. Mine have taken 8 to 10 days to west coast USA.

Thats normal my first order through them said that for 3 days after it was delivered.I ordered some more on 12/11 and that order is has been in NY since the 14 should be here saturday or monday. So I wouldnt worry yet.

Don't be paranoid! Have you ever used USPS tracking before? No matter what I have shipped by them it usually arrives before any major updates are made available via the tracking number. That's just how they roll, dawg.

I had an order come in a few weeks ago and it still says they are in NY.

Same thing when we ordered our seeds. Said that for a couple days, then changed to something along the lines of "parcel passed to overseas shipping" then you go to the usps or ups link. The usps never updated til we got the package though. Must insist: This has nothing to do with The Attitude, just the postal service. We got ours a week after ordering.

USPS is the worst about scanning items into their tracking system. I really think they do it 50% of the time. To USPS their only priority is just getting you your package in a somewhat timely manor, at a cheap price, and not losing it.

will it update if customs picks it up?
No. If it wasn't scanned at the point to of entry it most likely won't ever be scanned. I mean you have a chance they will but I doubt it. Like I said USPS is the worst at scanning their packages.

Mine never changed status, even after I got my beans, it took 11 days for mine to arrive.
