Attitude sent wrong seed

Hey guys,

Just wanted some input. I ordered a super lemon haze among others, and was sent a super silver haze. I have written an email to attitude and am waiting on a response.

I hear they are excellent at customer service. What is likely to happen? Will I be asked to send back the silver for an exchange? Will they send me a lemon and tell me to keep the silver? Will they just ignore me since I am in the states?

from what ive heard they will just send you out the right seed and let you keep the other one PROVIDED YOU DONT START TALKING TO THEM ABOUT GERMINATING IT as they have to abide by local law and are not allowed to discuss germination as they only sell seeds "for souvenirs or in case laws change in the future"

they might ask you to take a picture of the order you received and then send it out at their own expense

either all of those...or they will usually send you the right seeds on your next order and you get yourself a free super silver haze, its a win win situation for both party since you will be force to order from them again. worst comes to worst they will ask you to send it back and they will send you the right package.

Thanks for the response guys.

They asked for a pic of the package. They then offered to send the correct seed right away, or if I wanted to wait till my next order they would throw in a few 'free of charge' items. Either way I get to keep the silver haze. They were really prompt with the email responses. I wish all companies has such sensibility in regards to customer service.
