Does anyone know what's going on with attitude,they have changed there next promotion date yet again.This time we were down to ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT now this morning 13 DAYS LEFT.Just make up you fucking minds already.Yes some will think I'm complaining but others will get it.
 
Actually placed a called to them the other day asking the same question, they explained they were not going to run any monthly promos until they get their payment thing under control and fixed, they said they are only currently taking Visa Cards over the phone and they don't want to run any monthly promos as they said it wouldn't be fair for all because of the payment issues?
That was the word I got right from them, hope attitude gets things straightened out as they were my favorite seedbank that I've placed the most orders from and would hate to see a good thing gone.... I ended up using herbies and as usual excellent service and was happy :) also pulled the trigger today and placed my first order with ngr...
 
I understand that problems can arise but if they keep saying next promotion in 15 days,then with 2days left change it to next promotion in 23 days then with 3days left and do it again and again it starts to get old.Why not just put up a message saying what's going on.Some people have found some real gems in those freebies.Just saying.Imo just might as well start using midweeksong.com totally legit Lewis is the man.

I think it is WAY ruder and considerably more unfair to have a promotion countdown clock that just mysteriously resets when it is almost to the promotion, without any explanation, not just once but two months in a row.

People were waiting for the promotion. I am sure there were people who have been waiting two months now. Now that is unfair.

And how is it not fair to hold a promotion when only certain payment methods are available? By that logic they should just shut down the entire site.

Whoever made the decision to restart the countdown clock, not once but twice, right before the promotion began to 'be fair' really should not be making decisions as they are not working with a full deck. Very bad call and pissing their customers off.
 
As said we all know they have credit processing issues right now until they get a new processor to take cards. Uusally with web design they set up the promos to auto change on the site so it saves time. Well its easier to let the page change then just update the timer or freeze it where it is so more then likly they just have the same promo stopped on the home bag and then the timer resets at its end time so it looks to have started over. They ll get it figured out. Its because of all the people using stolen cards or claiming they didnt make purchase. After awhile the CC companys just stop allowing a company to get processed.
 
Thanks for the info. I must admit, not having monthly special will probably save me a buttload of cash, as I'm always tempted to buy more seeds -- even though I probably don't really need them. Let's hope they come up with the killer promo of all time to make up for lost revenue.

With the money they are losing i still think they swapped my beans. Only time will tell when i grow them out. All The money i have gave im crying

Ok smart guy, can you point out which of these blog posts says anything about there not being a promotion and the countdowns for the past two months being fake??
 
Eliza23 I understand your frustrated but really unless its your first time at buying seeds you know without credit cards being processed they have to kind of freeze things down. They did have a newsletter explaining that they felt it unfair to not allow everyone the chance at the specials so they were going to stop new offers until it was fixed. I mean you have to do a little reading or direct asking. Your way of wanting someone to spoon feed you info is what has caused your issues. As stated I think a dozen or so threads on this site have gone over it, they blogged it and at one time they posted the issue front and center and put it in their newsletter if you signed up so they did put much effort into telling people about the issues and promotion stoppage.n
 
Well filthy I guess that I need spoon fed info as well because I haven't heard anything about what your talking about either and I do get attitudes newsletter and check their site DAILY, but I'm glad you are so much smarter and more informed than me.If I EVER have any questions in life may I call upon you my "HOLY WISEMAN"?
