I received my first seed order from Attitude several days ago. I started a few of the seeds and left the rest in their packs. I purchased two Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Packs. I just opened the second pack last night just to look at the seeds. I wanted to see if they were as small as the rest of the seeds. (Not that this matters as discovered in my other thread, as small as they all were every one I have tried to hatch has done so beautifully)
Well to my disappointment most of the seeds in this pack were crushed.(5 out of 6)
I am glad I decided to open that package and just peek at then or I may not have found out for months. The Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Packs come in a white paper pouch with graphics/text printed on the outside. they remind me of a vegetable seed pack you might find at lowes etc.
I sent attitude an email and told them that some of my "souvenirs" were damaged and in pieces. I also told them that the damaged "souvenirs" were limited just to the Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Pack #3.
Well Attitude responded to me and told as per their policy I am to mail the damaged seeds back to them at my own expense and that they would then replace them.
I'm simply not going to put MJ seeds in an package and attempt to mail then through the USPS back to attitude. If I were to do that I would send them Delivery Confirmation and I would have my correct info on the package. I absolutely am not willing to take the risk of mailing them, Im worried that if discovered I could face all kind of federal charges for attempting to mail seeds of Schedule I narcotic.
So I replied to Attitude explaining my feeling on that, pretty much what I said above but in not so many words. I told them I would happily email them a picture, it's not as if it would be easy to fake.... the dutch passion indoor mix seeds are colored. Silver, Blue, Purple etc etc. I have a pile of colored crushed seeds.
I also told attitude that I planned on making another order and that it would be great if they would reconsider and possible send me some replacement with this second order.
Keep in mind I spent over $300 on that first order, and i didn't even use a discount code... grrr forgot.
My second order will be in the area of 200-300$ as well. I wish attitude would have a better attitude about this.
Will update as this progresses, if it does at all.
This wont make me not order from attitude again but it irritates me nonetheless.
