Attitude Seedbank - Recent Order had damaged seeds in one of my packs. Not to happy.

I received my first seed order from Attitude several days ago. I started a few of the seeds and left the rest in their packs. I purchased two Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Packs. I just opened the second pack last night just to look at the seeds. I wanted to see if they were as small as the rest of the seeds. (Not that this matters as discovered in my other thread, as small as they all were every one I have tried to hatch has done so beautifully)

Well to my disappointment most of the seeds in this pack were crushed.(5 out of 6)

I am glad I decided to open that package and just peek at then or I may not have found out for months. The Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Packs come in a white paper pouch with graphics/text printed on the outside. they remind me of a vegetable seed pack you might find at lowes etc.

I sent attitude an email and told them that some of my "souvenirs" were damaged and in pieces. I also told them that the damaged "souvenirs" were limited just to the Dutch Passion Indoor Mix Pack #3.

Well Attitude responded to me and told as per their policy I am to mail the damaged seeds back to them at my own expense and that they would then replace them.

I'm simply not going to put MJ seeds in an package and attempt to mail then through the USPS back to attitude. If I were to do that I would send them Delivery Confirmation and I would have my correct info on the package. I absolutely am not willing to take the risk of mailing them, Im worried that if discovered I could face all kind of federal charges for attempting to mail seeds of Schedule I narcotic.

So I replied to Attitude explaining my feeling on that, pretty much what I said above but in not so many words. I told them I would happily email them a picture, it's not as if it would be easy to fake.... the dutch passion indoor mix seeds are colored. Silver, Blue, Purple etc etc. I have a pile of colored crushed seeds.
I also told attitude that I planned on making another order and that it would be great if they would reconsider and possible send me some replacement with this second order.

Keep in mind I spent over $300 on that first order, and i didn't even use a discount code... grrr forgot.

My second order will be in the area of 200-300$ as well. I wish attitude would have a better attitude about this.

Will update as this progresses, if it does at all.

This wont make me not order from attitude again but it irritates me nonetheless.

I'm sure attitude has heard the "my seeds were crushed, send me more" story one to many times, but seriously I spent and plan on spending a good bit of money.
 
Stick em in an envelope with 2 first class stamps and include your order number only. Easy and will cost yah less than a buck.
 
yeah i dont like attitude's customer service, they're selection and prices are good but they need to hire some new staff or something. one of my seeds from single seed center was crushed once, i emailed them and they gave me a discount code for the amount of the seed...now thats customer service.

absolutely thats what i do. there are ways of sending them back without giving up all your info.

when you write back let them know you wanted to continue your order history with them and wouldnt want this incident to jeopardize that. sometimes in the mail a package can get squished if something heavy is on it, i see the post people from all companies just flinging the mail and packages around in their trucks, can only imagine what its like in planes. attitudes usually pretty good about this type of thing
 
I spend the 2 $ to get em in a metal candy case, especialy if you got alot of seeds to cram into a cd case.
 
Just another story! I got layed off and absolutely no way to pay for anything, but decided to go with all the GREAT reviews and got my girl to pay for seeds from Attitude because the investment would be way greater in the end.. lol I would eventually pay her back and all that!

While waiting for 11 days for my order from Attitude seed bank, I've been gleaming and gitty like a child waiting on my Advanced Top 69 strain and Power Skunk! Low and behold the mailman comes by and drops in my package thank GOD!!! I get my package and think to myself maybe I should make a small documentary of whats inside so everyone can ONCE AGAIN see how reliable they are. Then I decide I don't want to blow anyones cover so I'll pass on video of the opening of my contents.

Now the moment of truth cut the seal... and we have "A HIGH ON LIFE" T-shirt, a button that says "PARADISE SEEDS" a dried, shriveled, puny, little dark brown piece of dirty granular spec of brown, funky, dusty, been in someones pocket for three years and through the washing machine cycle, and put in the DRYer on high for like 7 hours and then sifted through the hairy dryer filter and placed with somebodies greasy fingers in small shiny baggy with a very professional Label "POWER SKUNK" another hardly visible dried sort of what looks like a seed Labeled "TOP 69"

Waste of money when I was already broke!
 
i feel ya man. i ordered six auto flower seeds from them. all but three are damaged. tried poppin a couple of them.... no luck. after gettin the green tape twice, waiting a month and a half to get crushed seeds.... they gave me a bad attitude. im never ordering from them again. my first instinc was to go with nirvana seedshop. but my friend suggested the tude. he has had nothing but good from them. maybe they just dont like me lol. but whatever. imo attitude sucks. and they better get their shit together if they wanna stay in buisiness. i told them " my first ordering experience has been a night mare, and im goin to go with another company. dont want a refund or any freebies. lesson learned and paid for in full.
 
I have had good luck with Attitude, the customer service has always promptly replied and stood behind their products. Sorry to hear of your situation, but they have given you a reasonable solution to your predicament.
