yes i did use the credit card, i have tried to e-mail i am hoping someone will get back to me, i already have dealt with the card company and all they can do is give me the fax number to have attitude tell them they will fix it, my card company wont do anything till then. I cant call internationally so i feel stuck , thanks for responding i feel so frustrated

hey clone, did you get a comformation email from them. if you did just reply to it and they will fix what ever the problem is ok. just be nice in the reply,remember there like 9 or more hrs ahead of the us , well aleast me cause im in MT...............

back on topic:

your card company saying you *NEED* to fax them is BS. Tell them you've tried multiple times and they are simply ignoring you. They are just being lazy and hoping Attitude fixes the problem first since international orders are a bigger pain then national.

Just keep trying. Be kind and respectful and most of all be firm! Have any and all proof of payments on hand. Makes things easier when they need to check thier shit.

Are you saying Attitude won't respond to emails? I have had incredible response from them compared to say Peakseedsbc who won't even respond now that my order has not arrived 34 days after placing it. I think if you email Attitude referencing your order number and how much was charged on your CC compared to what was supposed to be charged on your CC you will get a credit from them.

just wanted to update you all, i have recieved an e-mail stating it is just a preautorization amount that attitude does and it should be off my card in 1-2 days and they said my card company should take care of it, so now i think my problem is that stupid as card company, i dont want to press to hard cause of the situation itself. You all have been very appreicative, also MyGTO2007 i think you and i are on the same time schedule, over here is OR keep this little lady on your friends list i will be getting ahold of one of your wish list blue widow... bongsmilie. I am hoping that attitude will fix the problem , lets keep hoping

Same thing happened to me. Their are a couple threads around that I posted. I wrote to them 3 times they wrote back 3 times basically saying "Order cancelled, Have a nice day" No explanation on why two different company names showed up on my account. Both companies have to have their own line of credit in order to charge my card. When I wrote about it in the threads people flamed the hell out of me, MANE called me a cry baby bitch or some shit.

Send an e-mail to [email protected] and give then your order number(s) and explain what happened.
My first order with them was Friday (Oct.17th) and I mistyped my e-mail address. That meant no confirmation e-mails or anything. I e-mailed them at above and today (Monday Oct.20th) they responded that they corrected it, and I then got the order e-mail and the e-mail with a tracking number. This was over a weekend.
This is different than a double charge, I used a gift card, but they did respond to me and fixed things up...Give then a day or two.

Showgirl, my cc company will not work with me until attitude will fax them and say they are not taking the amount for the second charge off my card. I am frustrated about the money cause i have not got the seeds or my other money put on the cc. i have alot taken from me and nothing in return, would that not be frustraing to you?

Well how long has it been? If you just ordered the seeds give it some time. Wait a few Bussiness days and then email attitude again and talk to your creditor.

I do have to mention though that I wasnt charged twice. :confused:

do a charge back on one of the orders, your card company has to honor
your request and thats problem solved.

Heck yeah let me know ive stopped using it only because i harvested my outdoor and left a male and a female alone together to make babies... got 30 seeds from her and its alright cause i had others with no males to play grab ass.. but chillen out is the no worries solution... watch some snl and vote...

youll be fine.. ive had two double charges none i complained about cause i always got my shit and shirt...

just wanted to update everyone, i still have not gotten my money and it was all my cc fault, i finally was able to talk with attiutde and the guy was so wonderful and helpful he did everything the cc company asked for and they still screwed me anyways! NOT attitudes fault, they are one hell of a company the costumer service is amazing.

One more thing, i received my package today, it was actually sitting down at the office for a week punk office workers lol

VERY VERY VERY happy with order!

they called me yesterday over a problem , heres the # they called from,call them,,,441-473-724-4698,gd luk. i got chareged twice to but one fell off a week later... i started going to seed boutique. a week or two after i ordered from attitude 2,000 in charges showed up from uk. i disputed it with the cc company and of course didnt have to pay, but still.... email them and tell them you are disputing the charges if they dont come through. they will contact you.. i know a few ppl here that did the same thing and got the goods and a courteous phone call from them,lol.if you dont then no sense in talkin about it.
