It has nothing to do with attitude. They simply re-sell. As said, they also do not sell seeds with the intent of them being germinated, they are sold as souvenirs. You have also used the product in a way that makes it non-refundable from themselves direct, the contract between you and them was completed. If you had simply decided you didn't want them, then you'd have had legal grounds for an immediate refund etc.
As it is though, there is no contract, you have to accept that attitude can only now send back to barneys what you return to them, other than that it's out of their hands. They nneither buy nor sell seeds with germination ratios as a part of the contract. They are sold and bought as seen due to the very nature of what it is.

this issue has been going on for ages, i think the best way is to say it indirectly not be bold and tell them "oh, my seeds did not germinate please replaced it) based on my experience i just told them this: hi, i had ordered 6 seeds of the querkle and only got 5 seeds, i am doubting that the seed is viable and im pretty sure its bunk since i had compared it to my other seeds it seems odd that i can keep it for my collection...if there is another way you can do about it please do so. and voila got replacement of it

if they did not found that loophole it would still be illegal for every seedbanks to be advertising there company selling seeds...the way i see it its for personal collection and germinating it would be illegal..

If a seed bank receives sickly stunted seeds from a breeder, they should either refuse payment or eat the loss. As a customer, your contract is with the seed bank, not the breeder. Passing shit seeds on to the customer is just wrong.

I would give you attitude as well if I had information plastered all over my site and you chose to ignore it. Every seed description, every page, all throughout the ordering process they remind you of the reason why you should not write them and tell them you germed the seeds.

Usually if they do not germinate it is the consumer's fault. How long did you give them to crack and how did you go about germinating them? I have mushed up a few seeds here and there and I never blame attitude. It is usually my fail. lol Some seeds just take forever to germ and without the right environment they mush up or get moldy. And sometimes good ole mother nature will say "No Plant For You" and do her thing. Seed companies sell a pack of seeds knowing this and figure the odds are you will find a nice mother in the whole pack and then it is all worth while. But like with everything SHIT HAPPENS. I grow lots of veggies and flowers from seed too and they do not always germinate. Veggies germ easier than the flowers. Flowers are a pain in the ass sometimes. heh

I get it they can't do anything about germination. I asked if anyone else had the same problem. Maybe find another way of getting them replaced? I understand why, just upset a didn't have better luck. As far as my fault they didn't crack i would say no. I've been around since the sixtys. Been gardening since i was about 8yrs old..

I have had problems with visc seeds cracking before to so don't order there. I got 10 fucking incredible seeds back when they 1st came out and i have placed about 10 orders with them before all for more then 1000. 00 us.. Out of the 10 f-i seeds only 1 popped and i paid 375 for 10 seeds. I was pretty hot to and they did nothing. They did not even offer to send some free lower grade one's. Ever since then i have used attitude. I get some that don't pop here and there but nothing like that 10 and only 1 does and you know it turned male 375 for nothing they wanted to do nothing and that was after being a customer for years and never complaining.
Every once in a while seeds get damaged from shipment. When they ship them, they usually pop the plastic in on the breeders backs so they don't rattle. Every so often, a worker will over smash some of them, attitude knows this. So no questions asked, they will replace. However, don't take advantage of this, if you do, it could hurt the rest of us. Only do this if you really have a problem, not just for free seeds!
As far as cheap seeds, you are better off ordering from a reputable source, and seed cropping to get many seeds for a cheap price. I'v never ordered from dope-seeds, but I find their quantity discounts a little too hard to take in. They may be commercializing seed crops of their own, I don't know, just a thought.
Has anyone tried Mendocino purps, harvested a few weeks ago, (OMG), it looks like it snowed on my buds. Sorry, no picture, but trust me, it's very worth it. Had 1 Mendocino Purps plant hermie, so pulled it 1 1/2 weeks early, and still blows all others out the water, although didn't yield as much as I thought, but for me I prefer quality over quantity.(bc bud depot)

ive had the same problem, i placed an order threw attitude and selected all of my seeds threw the dutch passions selection i placed the order 18 of dec, got them on the 12 of jan and out of the 6 that i ordered and the 2 freebies ive only had 2 pop up as well. My first order was all good everything came up with no problems, i understand luck of the draw and shit happens but really 2 out of 8?

It's not so much a loophole as a legality. Beans are legal to sell and own there but popping and growing them isn't. It says basically the same thing on some other seedbanks websites, like Hemp Depot.

Kind of like when you are at the local head shop. They dont respond when you say " can I see that bong" you have to say " can I see that piece " or " Can I see that water pipe"
