, the cops couldent careless. If your creating crime, like dealing, commercial grows shit like that, theyll bust your face about but if they catch you with a bag your pretty much just written a ticket an let go depending on quantity.
BUT.... heres where it gets tricky. Someone having enough trust/balls to allow this, in my opinion most people are very underground. As for the legal growers, im sure it can be done. Im sure if you approach them professionally and show them your previous books and videos they'll be fine with it.

As for Surrey , yes it does snow and rain, sometimes at the same time..............its amazing.
