I've been out of the game for a while but have been looking into lights for a 2x2 tent. Anyone using the Atreum Lighting HYDRA-1000? Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08RHRPV1T/

Looks like a solid package and the diode spacing is really interesting, supposedly to reduce hot spots. I'm seeing some reviews pop up on YT and a couple grow journals on other forums, all generally with positive things to say. Also searching through the forums, Atreum seems like a pretty reputable US brand.

There seems to be tons of options out there now so I'm interested to hear what you guys think, and any other recommendations you may have. TIA

Hmm, what do you mean by that? Seems reasonable from 12-18"?
It's for a 2x2 and only consumers 100 watts, it's not bad at all.
I do think that they limit the amount of diodes on there with the spacing design so they may run at a higher power which could cause them to burn out quicker then a comparative model. Its always better to under run the diodes if possible for efficiency and life of diodes.

It's still an interesting design and if you can get it on sale I wouldnt be against it really. I just wouldn't pay a full price of 150. Its more like 120 max for something of that wattage.
