my self i take tigar balm its like a pain otment and any way it comes in glass bottle i light the bottom of the bottle with a lighter untell the tigar balm becomes a liquid and then i add tons of keif to it the tigar balm has stuff that lets it medication go through your skin and into your joints the kief can get right in there help out the swelling ...i use that first thing when i wake up works fast than i smoke a joint than hold a hot cup of tea with ganja untell i can move my hand again hope this helps man ....
