I am not hoping for anything momentus. I don't think we can expect any favorable reform coming from the government its in the states where this battle will be fought. Just my opinion on the outlook.

Sure, great news for people who are rich enough/ mobile enough to live there. I've tried for years and years and years to land a job in Colorado, and now I'm sure it will be even harder.
