Powdery mildew does not like air movement. So get that air moving.

Powdery mildew will wash off with water, so spray down your plants. The spores will still be there, so get and keep that air moving.

skim milk and water, 10 to 1 water to milk, fix the conditions to control it as stated above
homedepot sells a product called damprid, although you should invest in a dehumidifier
eagle 20 will kill it in the plant, but is a chemical fungiside.
most products only control pm, a sulfar burn would also help to rid the problem.

Didn't know about the skim milk thing. I keep the air moving and I don't have a problem with humidity. But, I will remember it for future use. Thanks.

milk is at best a bandaid...just as 1/2 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide or Baking soda

PM is a airborne spore it attaches to your plants surface and roots into your leaves or stems.

You will need a 100% total obliviation of all spores in one shot

My 2 cents for whats its worth....Buy 1 can of FUNGAFLOR this is a fungal areo bomb...use this on your grow area.... kills all spores on the walls ceiling equipments ect.

Its like using a sulfur vaporizer.....100% coverage of all areas(up to 1000sq ft a can).... but you dont get that rotten egg smell:)

.........................Before you use the bomb..... spray plants and remove them from the grow area for the 3-4 hour period............................................

If in flower ....you want to spray your plants with a combination of 3 scoops GREENCURE & 1/2 cup of h202 mixed in a 32oz spray bottle of water...totally organic

spray 100% of all your plants... tops bottoms, (leaves) stems, potters, dirt top....best to spray during your light hours so buds can dry

If in veg... get EAGLE20 its a systemic fungicide...kills the pm from the inside of the plant....you want to spray outside (smells dieslly)

Add 2 scoops of Greencure to your eagle20 mixture.... the spreader in greencure provides a even leaf coverage

.........................................................................................................................................................................................

After the 100% cleaning process....You need a dehumidifier or 2 and some fans.......Also you will need to filter all incoming air... PM is airborn pest

Hey thanks alot for all of the advice! I'll get this under control now for sure...I really appreciate the tips. I knew about the milk, peroxide, and baking soda thing. All that did was kill it off few a few days at a time and I tried high PH water as well. I went to the Cultivation Station yesterday and got a product that's Michigan made called PM Wash made by NPK industries. It is pre mixed and ll you do is spray it on when your lights are on and it kills the mildew in one treatment. then I will user the FUNGAFLORto bomb out the grow space. I'd think that would do the trick. I am gonna go buy a dehumidifier today as well.
