Are they gonna germinate?

Whats up guys? I found a couple seeds in a bag I had a few weeks ago, and I decided I was going to try and grow them. So I converted an old dresser into a grow box, and I'm trying to germinate the seeds. They've been sitting in a container in between damp paper towel for three days now, and still haven't germinated. I have heard though that the lighter green colored seeds have a low chance of germinating than the darker seeds. However, even though they were a light green color when I first put them there, when I checked this morning they are getting darker in color. Is that a good sign? Do they still have a chance? What is the max time it takes to germinate seeds? I've heard anywhere from 3-10 days..

Thanks!!

possibly but I would think not. Most light green seeds are premature you want the dark green fat seeds with little black lines. Also if your seeds are changing colour that's a little wierd IMO.
