Are these seeds on my plants?

So getting near end of flowering and noticed what might be seeds starting. Got a magnifier glass to check the trichomes but they didn't look too orange yet but then I just realized while writing this that I'm also looking at them under an orange light so yea I probably F'd up there. I know plants can go hermy when flowering for too long and maybe that's what happened. Anyways, opinions if that's a seed, if so I'm gonna start chopping down tomorrow.

Here are just some pics of the others for the hell of it. The plants on the right side of the room are Bubblegum and the plants on the left side are Cannatonic a high CBD strain to help sleep, cut a small bud the other day and boy did it work last night lol, passed out pretty quick.

Honestly the pictures aren’t clear enough to tell to me.

high CBD strain is not for sleep, you want a heavy indica with lots of thc for that.CBD is for pain I can't tell if it is a seed or not, does it look like a banana or a pod? you can squeeze it and know for sure.

Looks like an open banana. Hermi. You probably have more bananas you're not seeing.
At this point you might as well keep going.

So I just went down to check under normal light since camera hates the HPS. The trichomes still seem pretty white.
Looks to be banana's from what I saw in other pics, however it's just effecting the 1 plant, will look them all more over once the lights turn back on and pluck off that banana's too.
A high THC strain helps you sleep? Has the exact opposite effect on me.
Took a few pics, still not the greatest, have no arms, difficult to get the perfect angle lol.

i find sativas are not good for sleeping
If you want sleepy weed, find a strong indica , and grow it past it’s prime, let the trichomes go amber, you’ll have no trouble sleeping .

oh yeah those are Bananas for sure, they contain pollen so most likely you will have seeds in the whole crop.
not ALWAYS true, I have a tahoe that throws tons of nanners, they are always sterile and have never produced a seed.
OP.Make sure to take a glass of water and tweezers. pluck bananas with tweezers and put into water so you don't spread any sterile pollen.

I know im not exactly a pro but i have read about plants throwing bananas late in flowering in hopes to pollinate before dying. If they have only popped up then chances are you have nothing to worry about.
