Are these ready to flower?

Are the little wiry bits pre flowers? this is just below the top of one of the plants. also as this is my first grow i dont really know how to go about flowering, i have been feeding them veg nutes so do i keep feeding them veg nutes and add in bloom nutes now, then switch to 12/12? thanks for your time and help is much appreciated

you switch to 12/12 for like 2 days then give em bloom nutes and they will bloom like a beast!

awesome. ive just read up on a biobizz feeding chart and it seems ive been feeding them waaaayyy over what i shouldve. they are still healthy though so im goin to switch to 12/12 and feed them just water for a week and see how they look after that. pH is still 7.

Somewhere along the line during flower they might need nitrogen cause the leaves are going to start sucking them out, but honestly from the looks of it they have plenty of N

no, those are not pre flowers.
