Are These Plants Harvestable?

I took these pictures (clear) on September 15th (the links are clickable):

The images actually consist of two plants. Does it look too early to harvest? My desired harvesting is when the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is at its peak potency. I'd also like to receive the largest bounty of cannabis, yet not to where it hinges on the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) peak potency. 'Cause I've heard waiting longer can increase the size of the harvest but at the expense of more tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) turning to cannabidiol (CBD). They started flowering the first week of August.

I took (not as clear) pictures today, September 17th, of all four of the plants that are flowering, showing the entirety of each plant as well as four pictures of overviews of flower sites on two of the largest flowering plants and two images of the top flower sites on the two largest flowering plants (the links are clickable):

http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/8915/imgp5999i.jpg - plant one (seems sativa-oriented, to me)
http://img593.imageshack.us/img593/2209/imgp5998n.jpg - plant two (leaves seem a little thicker, stems and leaves have purple in them, reminds me it's got the most indica in it than the other plants)
http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7/imgp6000p.jpg - plant three (leaves seem to be thinner, is taller than every other plant and is the least far into flowering so it seems to suggest to me that it could be the most sativa-oriented)
http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/6272/imgp5997v.jpg - plant four (this plant was initially grown with two others in that same container so I think it couldn't grow to be large in the vegetative stage, I think it may be sativa-dominant)

http://img508.imageshack.us/img508/8176/imgp6006.jpg - plant two (overview of flower sites near the top of the plant - I think a different angle of the plant would have captured it better)

Yea, they're not at their full potential, sure you could harvest now, but I would advise against it...
