I wouldn't really call that fox-tailing. I use a loupe to check how the trics are maturing when deciding when to chop.
72 is pretty chilly for led's, the plants will respond better if you can get it closer to 80. Patience

Turned up my light to pretty much max last night. lux up to 80k and will check temps tonight but I'm guessing they'll be up to atleast 76.
Hope they respond well, but Don't know if I'll notice much change since they're already so close to harvest!

what you have are called swollen calyxes. It almost looks like the begging of fox tailing, all over your buds, but it is not. It is your calyxes swelling on your bud, which gives you a good indication you are with in the harvest window or very close to it. When you see her calyxes swell her buds are becoming mature. The one bud you have does look slightly fox tailed but nothing bad or significant enough to worry about. (Could be the strain as well, some Strains naturally or are very prone to fox tailing) As for plants being ready, you should always use a jewellers loop to harvest at the perfect time. Also breeders never tell you an accurate flowering time, it is an estimate. I grew a strain that took 9 weeks to flower. I gave my buddy a clone, he is newer to growing. It took him 13+ weeks to flower the same strain due to light leaks and nutrient burn. Every plant is different, every grow is different. It’s very hard to put an exact time line on it. That would be why you want the jewellers loop then you know when your trichomes are ready. which is the only way you can 100% know if your plants are perfectly ready for harvest.
