Are these going to grow main colas?

Are the shoots on the bottom going to grow main colas? Im confused to what they are because there were yellow fan leaves there that I cut off about 2 weeks ago maybe.

MAIN colas are the Big narly bud machines that shoot out above the rest when flowering.
They call it the Main cola because their is just 1.

ALL Branches of sufficient size will make colas eventually. When I go to flower , I trim all the little
vine looking shoots off the bottom of the plant as they just suck energy and just produce popcorn.

After rereading my message I realized how I sounded but can anyone tell me what the proper name for those lower branches.
