Are these dim LEDs working

Advanced LED 200w , my fathers first LEDs.

Long ago, I thought they were burnt out, but found a spec sheet and they apparently have UV.

So are these dimmer LEDs actually working fine?

Nasty cheap light, I doubt any of the LEDs actually work for growing plants under.
Chuck the entire thing in the bin where it belongs.
Lol, sadly they were over $1200 for the pair when new. Luckily I didn’t pay for em, I’m just going through my old grow equipment due to the Rona.

Does the spec sheet state that the light has far red or infrared (near-infrared) diodes?
If so, I'd say they're more likely one of those two, probably far red.

Not sure if this is 100% same model with that photo, it was bought back in 2011.But it apparently has 380nm ,760nm

Sorry, but my response has to be so what.
It's like my original Mars blurples that I still have on the shelf. The only reason I still have them is that I bought them in the past and then found out they were garbage compared to HID rigs and were literally less than 1/2 as efficient at generating light compared to current tech LEDs.

Figure out how much power your light actually draws and then use the 50 watts/sq ft metric to see how large of a footprint it will flower.

Looks like a nice gentle light for seedlings and young plants. Don't expect to be able to cover a 4x4 area or anything.

Upon looking at it again. It could probably veg a 2x2 fairly nicely. Keep both veg and bloom switched on.

I took a burnt out dirt genius light and replaced the board with 2 3070 cree cob using 2 of the drivers.I also added finned heatsink to the back and used the fans.It worked well.

That’s what I was going to do and why I wanted somebody else’s opinion if these lights are post to be that way, before I gut em. There’s 4 55w .605ma drivers in each.

Yea they have a few different voltage ranges.
I've a few go from 55v - 100v I'm near sure I've run 3 cxbs offa one
I've used them on 1212s cxb3590s QBs Growgreen boards and even had a FOTOP 800 led light up with them.
I've one of those drivers running 4 x 10 watt mil leds with 2 x 660, 1 x 420 and 1 x 385nm for about 30watts.
Here's a Disco Board I tested with one
