Are these bulbs ok for flowering? (cfl's)

First off I would like to say that I've spent months of reading and learned a lot of great information from RIU. It's pretty much all I do in my free time now lol. Heres my question..I know that 2700k and 3000k bulbs are used for flowering but I came across this site that has me confused. Heres the 3000k bulb I was looking at 85 Watt - CFL - Compact Fluorescent - Spring Lamp - Halogen White 3000K - Sunlite # 05581 Light Bulb and heres the chart on their website that explains the color measurements Color-Measurement. Would this bulb be ok for flowering? Even though it says theres very little red tones? Thanks
