Those blue and red LEDs arent actually full spectrum like they say. White light is true full spectrum, like the sun. The UV and IR emitted from those lights is neglible at best.oh one thing tho wouldn't I be better off with full spectrum that has more UV?
Yeah, 40 watts of those strips will be better than 40 watts of those blurple ones. They actually use the exact same diodes, just one is white and one uses blues and reds.ohh.., so really are those strips better?
