Are there slow growing plants?

I have no idea what kind of plant this is, but it has the skunk smell. Its a beauty. Everything you guys say will happen when you grow, has happened with her, but Jeez, she's a slowpoke. Is this normal for some strains?

Oh, and she's green as can be, no problems. She's under a cfl of some kind that someone recommended. No nutes to speak of. When I did nutes the leaves turned ugly. I planted this seed in March BTW
