Are seeds legal in Canada?

Might be a stupid question but i really dont know.. a buddy said he thought they were. i wanna order some low ryder seeds some fast small plants to get me goin.

maybe decriminalized, but as far as i know pot isn't legal in canada
seeds are the same as weed when it comes to the law

alright thanks. i just see on here alot of ppl from canada ordereing seeds. i got some lowryders ordereed i just needa send the cash.. i might go to my local pot show n see what their saying maybe they could order me in some.
